• Close to grand kids
• Liked the place. Floor plans were nice.
  

Cons:

• Nothing really around (far from stores, but seemingly no other community around to meet other folks).
  
• No amenities, no social activities

Pros:

• Nice amenities. Two great pools, lots of fun things organized for neighbors.
• Inside of the homes look great. Good layouts.
  
• All on one floor
• 1/4 acre land, a good amount of land.
  

Cons:

• Bit far away from us
• Houses looked "manufactured".
  
• In the middle of corn fields, with nothing around for a long way. (6 miles to the nearest cash register.)
• No basement or attic, so storage is a bit tight.
